OPA Membership
All competitors must be a current member of the
Ontario Physique Association. Memberships
for the 2010 season are $80 and can be paid the day of the show, or you can
save time and pay online at www.bao.on.ca
Music

CD’s are required
·
All competitors are allowed 60 seconds timed
from the start of the music
·
CD’s will be collected at the weight-in
·
Please have your name and class(es) entered on
the CD
·
Your posing music should be the only music on
the CD
·
It is your responsibility to collect your own
music after the evening show
Costumes - Bodybuilding
·
Posing suit must conform to accepted standards
of taste and decency. Posing suits are subject to approval at the weigh-in
·
Numbers issued at the weight-in must be worn on
the LEFT side of the suit bottom
·
No jewellery allowed on the stage
·
No hotstuff or excessive oils allowed backstage
Costumes – Figure/Fitness
physique round
·
2 piece round only. Suit must cover ½ the
gluteus maximus, any color of suit
·
Posing suit must conform to accepted standards
of taste and decency. Posing suits are subject to approval at the weigh-in
·
Numbers issued at the weight-in must be worn on
the LEFT side of the suit bottom
·
Shoes – heels must be no higher then 5”, sole
must be no thicker than ¼”
Costumes – Bikini
·
Competitors
will compete in a two-piece suit. The bottom of the suit must be v-shaped. No
thongs are permitted. Competitors can compete in an off the rack suit. All
swimsuits must be in good taste and cover ½ the gluteus maximus

must wear high heels

may wear jewellery
